In Home Services

Stay at home longer, ensure quality of life.

Services are focused on improving the quality of life for Alaskans across the state. Often In-Home Services allow elders with physical or cognitive limitations to remain in the comfort of their own home when they would have otherwise been placed in a care facility. The services ensure their safety, comfort and well-being. Just as every elder is unique, so are the services provided to them; services are tailored to meet the physical and financial considerations of each individual.

Not all services are available statewide, contact your local office to find out options are available in your area.

Respite – Offers a short break for caregivers caring for a loved one.

Chore – For seniors who need help with light household chores and grocery shopping.

Personal Care Attendant – For individuals on Medicaid who require a helping hand with daily hands-on care.

Customized Services – For an independent senior who needs that one service tailored to meet their specific needs.

We take your trust seriously. All of our workers are screened through state and federal background checks and are CPR and First Aid Certified. Along with these necessary credentials they must also have the heart to work with elders. In some cases your worker could be a trusted friend in your community.
