DESCRIPTION:Caregiving can be both deeply meaningful and incredibly challenging. It is common to feel rewarded and overwhelmed at the same time. You may sometimes feel like no one truly understands what you are going through\, but you are not alone. We understand\, and support is available. \nCaregiver Support Groups bring together people with shared experiences to offer encouragement\, understanding\, and practical insight. These groups provide emotional and social support\, a chance to learn what has worked for others\, and information about helpful local resources. \nFree to attend\, this is an online support meeting available statewide in Alaska on the second and fourth Thursday of each month. You may join by phone or Zoom and attend one meeting or continue coming as often as you find helpful.
