Mind Works™ [12-week course – 1/17–4/11]

Course lasts for 24 sessions of one hour each, two days per week. Classes are virtual and provide a fun, social, and stimulating experience for participants.
This full-brain workout is for persons who are experiencing mild symptoms of memory loss and may benefit from a structured exercise program tailored for them.
Mind Works™ offers a unique series of brain exercises based on the principles of neuroplasticity: our brains are capable of constantly rewiring and building stronger neural networks that enhance cognitive abilities.
The classes focus on exercising the six major areas of the brain:
- Processing Speed
- Visual-Spatial Acuity
- Problem Solving
