Alzheimer’s Resource of Alaska (ARA) began as a grassroots organization founded in 1984, by two sisters caring for their mother with Alzheimer’s disease. Over the past 34 years, our programs and services have increased in size and scope. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of Alaskans throughout the state through: outreach, education, training, support groups, family consultations, information and referrals and comprehensive care coordination.
In order to provide these vital services, we draw on a diverse community of Alaskan organizations, individuals and businesses for support. One of our many ways to support ARA is though our annual silent auction. We are proud to share the generosity of our sponsors through newsletters, Facebook, Twitter, and our website Alzalaska.org.
If you are interested in supporting our next auction contact our development office in Anchorage at 907-561-3313. If you prefer to support our work with a financial contribution click here.
