Caregiving 101: Dementia Conversations
When a loved one begins showing signs of dementia, starting important conversations can feel overwhelming. This program, presented in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association, offers practical guidance for breaking the ice and approaching sensitive topics with compassion and clarity.
Participants will learn strategies for discussing medical evaluation and treatment, knowing when it’s time to stop driving, and planning ahead for legal and financial matters. Join us to gain confidence and tools for navigating these challenging – but essential – family discussions.
