Forget Me Not Chorus 2026 Spring Program: Final Concert

When: Friday, April 17th  1:00 PM to 2:30 PM

Where : Anchorage Senior Activity Center Ballroom

Come celebrate the power of music, connection, and community at the Forget Me Not Chorus Final Concert. The chorus brings together individuals living with Alzheimer’s, related dementias, or memory loss alongside their caregivers in a joyful and supportive musical experience. Over the past seven weeks, chorus members have gathered to sing, connect, and build community through music. The final concert is an opportunity for family members, friends, and community supporters to come together and celebrate their work and the meaningful connections created through the program.

All are welcome to attend and celebrate.

Forget Me Not Chorus is based on a model from The Giving Voice Chorus Initiative. Learn more at www.givingvoicechorus.org.

We live and sing on the land of the Dena’ina people.

The State of Alaska recognizes 23 surviving Alaska Native languages as official languages. We include lyrics in the language of the Yup’ik people to recognize and honor that Alaska Native Peoples are here today and have been since time immemorial, and to celebrate the generations to come who will carry these languages and traditions forward.
