Sleep & Dementia

Sleep & Dementia Promoting a Good Nights Sleep

Monday, March 11, 2024 @ 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

This is an in-person class in our Wasilla office.

There will be an online webinar version of this class available statewide on March 5—attend the one that best fits your schedule.

Many people living with dementia experience a wide array of sleep problems. There are many possible causes of sleep changes and issues may include waking up many times during the night, staying awake longer, sundowning, and day-time sleepiness.

Join us to better understand what contributes to sleep problems for individuals with dementia and learn what you can do to help.

Free to attend! No registration required.
